A developing residential area nestled between the Centro, Aldea Zama, and the beach. It is suitable for property rentals and is filled with boutique hotels, apartments, villas, popular restaurants, groceries stores, and wellness activities to enjoy during the day.
For the night, 7 Street has a great variety of restaurants and bars with a nice laid-back vibe.
The thing we love the most about La Veleta is the nearby access that takes you directly to the beach. It is the Av. Kukulkan street will lead you to the Hotel Zone while also avoiding the traffic at the Centro.

This place was a beautiful layout and grounds. Nice and quiet. It is not far from the things in the surrounding area. I will say: I would highly recommend a scooter,Electric Bike or Atv for transportation. Everything is at least 1 mile with unpaved roads so keep that in mind. Everything on the property was as advertised. I love the private rooftop pool. Staff is friendly, hardworking and very helpful.
